Matt is an accomplished leader who helps business owners and secured creditors renew distressed businesses. He also helps creditors and advisors of distressed businesses maximize the recovery of their claims.
Matt’s 16 years’ experience in operations, finance and management across small and large businesses – and with both profitable and insolvent companies – allow him to help companies manage crises, avoid costly pitfalls and stabilize cash and operations.
Matt is credentialed as a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) and as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He earned his MBA degree in Finance from Brigham Young University as a Hawes Scholar.

Tim has a 30 year history of achievement in public accounting practice and financial management. Tim is an expert in financial modeling, bankruptcy case administration, tax preparation for troubled companies, claims administration and litigation support.
Tim holds a CPA, CIRA (Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor) in addition to an MBA.

Ron is expert in the turnaround / liquidation of complex, multi-location businesses. He has led the management and disposition of numerous real estate portfolios.
Ron is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs. He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
